Program: Thursday 20 March: Arrival of all teams by 3pm and to pick up the Tournament documentation. 6pm meeting with the team managers and cocktail party. 9pm Opening Ceremony. Friday 21 March: Start of the qualification matches. 8:30pm Gala Dinner (for 2 club managers from each team) Each club will be given a thanksgiving plate. Saturday 22 March: Matches as scheduled. Sunday 23 March: Morning = Semi-Finals Afternoon = Finals at the Romeo Anconetani Stadimu in Pisa and Studio dei Pini in Viareggio. Evening: Awards Ceremony and clsoing party at La Capannina Disco in Viareggio. Monday 24 March: Breakfast and departure. Costs include: 4 nights in 2/3 star Hotel or Tourist Village Full Board from Dinner on 20th March upto Breakfast on 24th March Mineral Water at Dinner for players Gala Dinner (2 members from each team) Tournament Party Technical Assistance on playing fields Gadget for all players Free Admittance to Finals Tournament Leaflet Tournament Staff support on site during tournament
