Football
Around 200 teams from all over the world will be gathering together
in the Danish city of Aarhus to play football. From early morning
to late at night, all the pitches will be swarming with cheerful
youngsters between the ages of 8 and 19. This tournament will provide
loads of exciting football matches, along with plenty of entertainment
for the spectators.
Festival
The moment the participants arrive in Aarhus, they will know that
Football Festival® Denmark is a real football festival. There
will be music, shows, entertainment, Internet cafés, stalls
and booths along with many activities to make this event a very
special experience – for youngsters as well as adults.
The
fields
The football tournament in Football Festival® Denmark
is played at over 10 great and well-cared-for greens at Grønløkke
Sporting Center in Tranbjerg J. in the southern Aarhus.
GIRLS G17 Euro Championship
Football Festival® Denmark each year invites 12 top class teams
from Norway, Sweden, Germany, England, Poland, Finland, Czech Republic
and Denmark to participate in the unofficial European Championship
for girls G17's.
The
championship will be played as a part of Football Festival®
Denmark and organized in cooperation with Danish Premier League
club IK Skovbakken. |
